Procedure to send equipment / parts
- Contact our technical assistance staff via e-mail at at@jamo.ind.br or call +55 47 2107 3394;
- Make sure you have the serial number and equipment model number in your hands, as well as details about the malfunction of the induction heater.
- In case the problem cannot be solved by telephone, the equipment must be shipped to JAMO for evaluation and an estimate of repair costs;
- Pack the equipment properly, and always ship the whole equipment to us (induction heater, yokes, probe, cannon, etc.);
- The invoice accompanying the goods should state: "Without commercial value – being returned to the manufacturer for repair";
- The costs/expenses related to the shipment/return of the equipment shall be borne by the customer;
- On the invoice, please indicate the contact person to whom the estimate of repair costs should be sent.
