Tips for the proper functioning of the equipment

  • The AC outlet should be duly grounded and have the proper connection for the plug and cable installed in the induction heater.
  • Do not remove the adhesive tape from the heating core, and neither from the heating yokes, since its purpose is to prevent oxidation and noise.
  • Never turn on the induction heater on without the heating yokes, since this will cause overload.
  • For induction heaters with selector switch “yoke/cannon”, never change the selector switch when the equipment is in on.
  • For more accurate temperature reading of the workpiece by the magnetic probe, use thermal paste.
  • When using the magnetic probe, always clean the magnet. Check the conditions of the magnet; if it is loose or damaged, the temperature reading will be inaccurate.
  • Avoid mechanical bumps.
  • Avoid grease and other liquid substances on the heater and cannon.
